The ten steps
- Notice — five things you can see, four things you can feel, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, one thing you can taste.
- Close your eyes.
- Check in with your physical body — neck movements, shoulder rolls, releasing the stomach, hand exercises, jaw movements, breathing into the chest.
- Notice your feelings without judgment and imagine releasing them.
- Imagine a healing light filled with whatever you need most.
- Step into that light.
- Repeat three affirmations — “I am calm and clear,” “I choose peace,” “I am capable of change and growth.”
- Reflect on three positive things and one thing you’d like to manifest.
- Box breathing — in for four, hold for four, out for four, hold for four.
- Return statement — “I am ready to start again.”
