What “weight loss” really means
“Weight loss” means something different to each of us, and it shouldn’t be driven by external standards. For some, a healthy living goal may involve losing weight. For others, it’s about building an exercise habit, supporting immunity, or simply having more energy to live the life they want.
Making health a priority is often less about a number on a scale and more about how we feed our mind, body and soul.
